Associate Director, Incentive Compensation and Sales Planning - US Specialty

Associate Director position supporting US Specialty commercial operations through incentive compensation program management and sales planning analytics. Leads cross-functional teams to align field strategies with brand objectives and drives analytical insights for sales force optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead incentive compensation managers to develop and analyze programs aligned with brand strategy
• Develop field force strategies, sales alignments, and customer targeting recommendations
• Design analytical tools and provide recommendations for sales force sizing and resource allocation
• Manage vendor relationships and complex projects while maintaining budget and timeline accountability
• Create presentations and communications that translate complex analyses for senior leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's in Business, Science, or Engineering preferred
• 8+ years analytical and/or commercial operations experience, preferably in pharma
• Proven people management and team leadership experience
• Strong communication skills and ability to partner with senior sales and brand leaders
• Experience with pharmaceutical sales data platforms and incentive compensation systems
• Deep knowledge of pharma field sales activities, roles, and organizational behavior
• Problem-solving orientation with cross-functional collaboration capability
