What You'll Do

Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to diverse patient populations in a fast-paced ER setting
Assess patient needs and develop appropriate care plans using nursing processes
Communicate clearly and effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Administer medications and treatments following hospital protocols
Monitor vital signs and respond to changing patient conditions promptly
Document patient care accurately and efficiently in electronic health records
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes

What You Need

Active Louisiana RN license
Minimum of 2 years experience in Emergency Room nursing
Current BLS, CPI, ACLS, and PALS certifications
Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills
Ability to adapt quickly in a high-pressure environment
