You will report to the Director of Strategic Sales and collaborate directly with Account Executives, Marketing, and Application Engineers.Key Responsibilities Include:Pipeline Generation: Conduct methodical research to identify top companies, locations, and key contactsOutbound Prospecting: Execute a high volume of daily outbound calls to pre-qualify leadsValue Messaging: Communicate Seegrid's value proposition and unique competitive differentiation clearlyMeeting Execution: Secure qualified discovery meetings for the Strategic Sales teamCross-Functional Collaboration: Team up with Marketing and Sales to optimize prospecting strategiesStrategic Insights: Provide feedback to leadership regarding high-value market segmentsTarget Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual pipeline goalsFace to Face Customer Engagement: Attend industry trade shows and customer site visitsRequirements & Experience:Proven Success: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed outbound performance goalsCommunication Skills: Exceptional cold calling, objection handling, presentation, and writing skillsTech Literacy: Highly proficient with Salesforce, LinkedIn, and Google WorkspaceMindset: Self-starter, coachable, highly adaptable, and thriving in fast-paced environmentsEducation: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred; Marketing, Engineering, or Robotics emphasis a plusTravel Requirement: less than 10%Location & Physical Requirements:Geography: Based in or near Pittsburgh, PA or Detroit, MI is strongly preferredTravel: All travel will be in the USAStamina: Ability to sit, walk, and stand for up to 8 hours per daySeegrid has been recognized nationally as a Best-Place-to-Work.
