Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Wilmington, DE

We have multiple shifts open:

Part-time

PRN

Full-time 7-3, M-F

Double Weekend program

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:

Deliver hands-on nursing care in accordance with care plans and facility protocols
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor and report changes in residents' health and emotional status
Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and care team members
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with safety standards
Support a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Qualifications:

Active LPN license in the state of Delaware
Strong clinical and communication skills
A resident-first, team-oriented mindset
