Event Assistant

We’re looking for an Event Assistant to join our team and help create memorable experiences for clients and guests. This is an entry-level position , and no previous event experience is required. We’re willing to train the right person!

You’ll gain hands-on experience supporting events from setup through breakdown while working alongside an experienced team.

What You’ll Do

• Help with event setup, including tables, chairs, decorations, signage, and supplies
• Assist with event check-in and greeting guests
• Help keep events organized and running smoothly
• Communicate with guests, team members, vendors, and clients in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist with event activities and last-minute requests
• Help monitor supplies and keep event areas clean and organized
• Support the team during event setup, the event itself, and breakdown
• Represent our company with a positive and professional attitude
