Accounting Bookkeeper

Accountant/Bookkeeper We are working with a trusted client of ours to find their next Accounting Bookkeeper. This role will be hands on and work in a casual environment. You will have the opportunity to own the financials and have an impact. Role is fully onsite near Dickson, TN. Opportunity to expand your responsibilities as the company continues to grow. Responsibilities Of The Bookkeeper Manage full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. Process vendor payments, customer invoicing, collections, and cash receipts. Assist with purchase orders, vendor and customer setup, and account administration. Perform account reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close activities. Monitor daily cash activity and support banking functions. Process sales and use tax filings and related accounting entries. Prepare financial reports and ensure accuracy of accounting data. Qualifications Of The Bookkeeper 4+ years of full-charge bookkeeping or accounting experience. Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and month-end close. Experience using QuickBooks. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Accounting degree or experience in manufacturing/industrial environments is a plus.
