Job Overview A law firm seeks a Construction and Infrastructure Transactions Associate in Dallas. The role involves drafting and negotiating sophisticated contracts for large-scale energy, transportation, and industrial infrastructure projects. Duties Draft and negotiate EPC agreements, design-build documents, and alternative delivery contracts. Advise on risk allocation, indemnification, insurance, and bonding. Communicate effectively with clients and multidisciplinary project teams. Requirements Three to six years of construction-related transactional experience. Proficiency in independently drafting and negotiating contracts. Excellent legal writing skills and strong academic credentials. Meticulous attention to detail. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction. Skills Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
