Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN)

Our LPNs and RNs enjoy some notable benefits:

• Pay Range: LPN's pay ranges from $35-$37 an hour, RN's pay ranges from $41-$43 an hour.
• Flexible assignments to fit your needs, choose the location and hours that fit you best! No weekends or holidays required.
• Cannot be mandated to stay past your shift
• Weekly Pay (instant pay/next day pay available!)
• Performance based pay increases
• Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Company contributes shares on your behalf at no cost to you to build extra retirement value just by working here! (eligible after 1yr of 1000 hours worked)

As a nurse, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do:

• Care for patients with a variety of illnesses, injuries and diseases in facilities such as medical offices, assisted living facilities, hospitals and schools
• Work with a team of physicians, Nurses, CNAs and aides to deliver excellent patient care
• Take patient vitals, do assessments, document progress and report changes to RN supervisor
• Assist in carrying out physician’s orders, patient care and prescribed treatments 
• Administer medication, operate medical equipment and maintain a safe environment

A few must-haves for LPNs and RNs:

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program and active LPN or RN license in Michigan
• CPR certification
• Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations
• Demonstrated clinical proficiency, critical thinking skills, good communicator and compassionate
