Ideal for someone who thrives in a flexible, autonomous, and collaborative environment. Key highlights Work Arrangement: On-site; 50% office / 50% road. Hours: Flexible—open to either a full‑time schedule (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday) or part-time availability (2–3 days per week). Community‑focused, independent branch environment. Salary range $27 – $34 per hour. Compensation offered may vary based on job‑related factors such as experience, skills, education, and location. What You’ll Do Conduct home visits to perform oxygen, CPAP/BiPAP, and ventilation equipment setups and follow‑ups. Educate patients and caregivers on equipment use, cleaning, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Assess patient needs, document care delivered, and escalate concerns appropriately. Respond to hospital discharge requests and support patient needs. Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and internal branch teams. Maintain accurate documentation using iPad/laptop. Set up and operate various types of respiratory care equipment, including, but not limited to, oxygen therapy, nebulization therapy, apnea monitoring, suctioning, PAP, invasive and non‑invasive ventilation. Inspect and test equipment to ensure proper operating condition. Perform clinical assessments and tests such as pulse oximetry, ETCO2, spirometry, and gathering vital signs. Perform other duties as required. What We Look For Registered Respiratory Therapist with an active NE RT license. IA License preferred or willingness to obtain. Ability to stand, lift, push and/or pull objects ranging from 10–50 lbs. Valid driver’s license. Comfortable using mobile technology, navigation tools, and digital documentation. Education Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program. Certificates, licenses, registrations or professional designations Hold a current RCP license in the state of practice (or states that the location covers) if that state requires an RCP license to allow the practice of respiratory therapy.
