Work Environment\nThis position is fully remote, offering the flexibility to work from your own environment while maintaining a structured schedule. As a School-based Social Worker, you will primarily engage with students within a virtual setting. The work hours are from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional evening or weekend hours as needed to accommodate client demands and ensure consistent care. Our technology-enabled services allow for seamless communication and support, ensuring that you can effectively connect with students and their families.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' psychosocial needs, addressing emotional, mental, and social challenges that may impact their academic and personal success. \n
- Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with students and their families, setting specific goals tailored to their unique situations and aspirations. \n
- Provide counseling and emotional support through virtual sessions, assisting students in navigating transitions such as moving to a new school, coping with family changes, or dealing with learning disabilities. \n
- Advocate for student rights and access to educational and community resources, ensuring that they receive the necessary support services to promote their well-being. \n
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of interactions and progress while adhering to ethical guidelines and organizational protocols. \n
Your primary focus will be on students of various ages, ranging from elementary through high school. Many of these students may face significant challenges, including mental health issues, social anxiety, or family dynamics that require sensitive intervention and guidance. By understanding their unique backgrounds and experiences, you will be instrumental in facilitating positive outcomes that can profoundly affect their academic performance and personal growth.

- A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is essential. \n
- Possession of a valid and current state license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required. \n
