(USA) Member Specialist

Position Summary Ensures area of responsibility is maintained in accordance with Company policies and procedures by properly handling returns; zoning the area; arranging and organizing merchandise; and identifying shrink and damages. Provides member service by maintaining exit and self‑checkout areas, reviewing member receipts, acknowledging members and identifying member needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, resolving member issues, promoting Sam's Club products and services, and providing guidance regarding self‑service technology. Assists with securing and safeguarding Sam's Club assets, maintaining paperwork and logs, executing emergency response procedures, and ensuring compliance with security and safety practices. Trains new Member Frontline Service associates on processes, technology, and new program rollouts. Completes work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, co‑workers, customers, and partners; identifies priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicates progress; identifies improvements and adapts to change. Qualifications Retail experience, including operating front‑end equipment such as cash registers. Experience working with mobile retail applications.
