Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver technical nursing care to residents using the nursing process
Function as a member of the nursing team under the supervision and direction of a Registered Nurse (RN)
Assume charge nurse role in the Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) as needed

Qualifications

Current California LVN license
At least 1 year of experience as an LVN
Graduate from an approved LVN program with an associate's or equivalent degree
Current CPR certification

Education

Associate's or equivalent degree
Graduate from an approved LVN program

Knowledge & Skills

Ability to apply good clinical judgment
Plan work and establish priorities
Maintain flexibility
Proficient written and verbal skills
Ability to use a computer proficiently
