We are seeking a polished and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our retail team in New York City. Responsibilities

• Provide an elevated and personalized customer experience at all times
• Build, develop, and maintain strong client relationships to support long-term loyalty
• Support daily store operations, including merchandising and maintaining visual standards
• Assist clients with styling, fit, and product recommendations
• Maintain a professional, polished, and brand-aligned presentation on the sales floor
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and uphold company standards
• Assist with ad hoc tasks and other duties as needed to support the team

• Minimum one year of previous fashion retail experience is required
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Passion for fashion, styling, and contemporary retail
• Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as needed
