Full-Time Sales AssociateBusy RV dealership is looking for full-time sales associates. Weekend work is required.General Summary Of Duties: A sales associate is responsible for professionally greeting RV customers, guiding them through the RV presentation and purchase process, closing the sale.Education: High school diploma, some college preferred.Experience: One Years' Experience: A minimum of one-year relevant experience in the sales field preferred. Candidate must also have one year's customer service experience. Experience in RV or automotive dealership environment is preferred but not required.Abilities:Attention to detailAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentReliable and a strong work ethicPride of workmanship and follow-through are essentialCommitment to superior customer serviceAbility to work independently as well as on a teamAbility to follow oral and written instructionsAbility to work independentlyJob Duties:A sales associate is responsible for professionally greeting RV customers, guiding them through the RV presentation and purchase process, earning their respect, and ultimately closing a sale.Sales associates are responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targetsSales associates are required to train and learn all products available to the customersSales associates must ensure all paperwork is correctly gathered for the deal to be processedOther duties as assignedEnvironmental/Working Conditions:Occasional exposure to extreme temperatures and weatherMay be exposed to solvents and chemicalsOther risks associated with working around RV'sPhysical/Mental Demands: Varied activities including sitting, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, stooping. It requires eye-hand coordination, finger dexterity. The position is mainly outdoors in various temperatures.
