Full-Time | $55–$100/Hour Potential | Sign-On/Retention Bonus | New Grads Welcome
Alpine Dental is looking for a motivated and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing team in Mount Vernon, Washington.

Our doctors and hygienists work closely together to provide comprehensive patient care, with a strong emphasis on periodontal health and evidence-based treatment.
You'll have the opportunity to work in a practice that values collaboration and continued education while giving you the ability to develop strong relationships with your patients and make a meaningful impact on their oral health.
Responsibilities- Welcome patients and provide an exceptional experience
- Perform comprehensive oral health assessments and screenings
- Take diagnostic dental X-rays
- Identify periodontal disease, gingivitis, and other oral health conditions
- Provide individualized preventive and periodontal hygiene treatment
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and recommended treatment
- Communicate clinical findings and periodontal needs with the dental team
- Collaborate with dentists on periodontal diagnosis and treatment planning
- Maintain accurate patient charts and clinical documentation
- Follow OSHA, sterilization, and infection control protocols
- Active Washington State Dental Hygienist License or ability to obtain
- New graduates are welcome to apply
- Dental Hygiene degree from an accredited program
- Required X-ray certification
- Laser certification preferred
- Experience with dental practice management software preferred
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Excellent organization and time management
