Lube and Tire Technician

Overview Enterprise Mobility offers a Maintenance Technician position. This role involves car and truck service & repair, preventive maintenance, in-fleeting and buy back service according to company policy and procedures. The position requires routine difficulty, reasonable judgment and initiative, and a focus on customer needs, safety and quality standards. Pay and Benefits Full-Time Position with overtime availability $20 - $22 / hr starting salary dependent on ASE's $2.00 / hour pay differential for weekday shift (after 11:00 am) $6.00 / hour pay differential for weekend shift Additional pay for VSI License and ASE Certifications Full-Time Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, paid time off, Rental Car Discounts, Employee Referral Bonuses and Auto Purchasing Discounts $1,000 Tool Allowance Work on new vehicles across all manufacture lines Pursue Professional Development – advancement through apprenticeship - work and train with our team of highly qualified and experienced Automotive Technicians Access to manufacture training Use of company provided tools and equipment Preferred Schedule Monday - Friday: 5am - 1:30pm Monday - Friday: 12pm - 8:30pm Responsibilities Ensure all repairs and preventive maintenance are completed according to the manufacturer's specifications and guidelines. Provide safe and reliable vehicles upon completion of repairs and preventive maintenance. Perform in-fleet servicing on new cars according to company procedures as required. Perform buy back/turn back servicing according to company procedures as required. Perform vehicle servicing/repairing to maintain company standards; maintain Out-Of-Service at or below 2%. Maintain safe and clean work area. Perform other related duties as required. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future. Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 convicted moving violations in the last 3 years (Total points on driving record cannot exceed 8 points) No drug or alcohol related incidents in the last 3 years (DUI/DWI) Must have 1 year experience handling automotive mechanical service procedures in a work-center atmosphere in the last 3 years Must pass background check/MVR and drug test Equal Opportunity Employer Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans #J-18808-Ljbffr
