Job Responsibilities
- Monitor machinery during operation and promptly alert maintenance of any apparent breakdowns.
- Perform quality checks on products to identify defects or blemishes.
- Label products as acceptable or requiring rework based on inspection results.
- Assist with packing and general production duties.
Essential Skills
- Experience in production and general manufacturing processes.
- Ability to perform thorough quality inspections.
- Skilled in monitoring machinery to ensure smooth operations.
- Experience with quality inspection processes.

Pay Rate: $15/hr.
Monthly Profit Bonus: Earn $100 for each month performance metrics are met
- Average payout: 10 out of 12 months annually (~$1,000/year)
Shift: 1st shift

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Charlotte, NC.
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
