Marketing SpecialistThe Marketing Specialist is responsible for the look and feel of all outward, customer or public-facing materials. This includes the design and production of printed materials, as well as the online presence of the company across multiple digital platforms.Responsibilities:Design all creative materials for marketing sales department materials and special promotional items.Manage all social media on all platforms to promote products and the company.Maintain and update the company website to promote productsDevelop and maintain promotional calendar and holiday schedules.Handle the local program promotions and growing the farmer baseManage the promotion of products through our online ordering siteDevelop sales enablement tools (pitch decks, proposal templates, marketing collateral) to support sales go-to-market strategiesAbility to understand processes and procedures and seek continual improvementAccountabilities:Working within the Marketing budget.Turnaround time of requestsQuantity of materials producedTimeliness of response timesMeeting expected timelines of projects.RequirementsBachelor's or Associates Degree requiredExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal skills. Must be able to work both independently and with multiple departments in an evolving, fast-paced environment.Energetic, motivated self-starter with a proven track record of designing and creating strong product content.Detail oriented and highly organized.Strong time management skills.Experience and proficiency with Adobe Visual Suite, Microsoft applications.
