Shifts: Days - 7AM to 7PM


Seven Healthcare are seeking a skilled and dedicated RN - Telemetry Travel Nurse for an assignment in Alexandria, LA. This role involves working with patients experiencing MI, CHF, arrhythmias, PVD, and handling some med surg overflow. Successful candidates will manage cardiac drips on a competent and independent basis within a supportive nursing environment.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Telemetry - Travel Nurse

• Provide nursing care utilizing the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation for assigned patients
• Address psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families
• Administer medications and treatments using appropriate protocols; monitor side-effects and effectiveness
• Document patient history, symptoms, medication, and care given
• Assess learning needs and provide education to patients, family members, and/or caregivers

Requirements of the RN - Telemetry - Travel Nurse

• BLS certification from AHA required
• ACLS certification from AHA required
• RN License in state of employment or compact
• 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty preferred
