Job Description We are seeking a Client Services Associate to support client communication and help ensure a consistent, professional service experience. This role serves as a key point of contact for day-to-day client needs while coordinating with internal teams to keep requests, updates, and ongoing activities organized. The Client Services Associate will assist with client inquiries, provide relevant information, coordinate follow-up, and help maintain strong working relationships. This position is well suited for someone who communicates professionally, stays organized, and enjoys working with both clients and internal teams. Responsibilities Serve as a point of contact for routine client questions and service needs Provide clients with accurate information regarding services, programs, and current initiatives Coordinate client requests and follow up on outstanding items Maintain regular communication to provide updates and ensure timely responses Assist with the preparation of client materials, presentations, and service information Maintain organized and accurate records of client interactions and activity Coordinate with internal departments to support client requests and ongoing projects Monitor open items and help ensure appropriate follow-through Gather client feedback and communicate relevant information to the team Assist with scheduling, documentation, and other client-related administrative needs Develop familiarity with company services and processes to provide informed support Help maintain a professional and consistent client experience Support client programs, meetings, and special initiatives as needed Requirements Bachelor’s degree or 1–2 years of relevant professional experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Professional and confident when communicating with clients Ability to prioritize multiple requests and responsibilities Strong follow-through and problem-solving skills Comfortable collaborating with multiple internal teams Ability to learn company services, processes, and procedures Previous experience in client services, account support, customer service, business operations, hospitality, or another client-facing environment is preferred Comprehensive training and ongoing support Hands-on client services and account support experience Collaborative and team-oriented work environment Exposure to multiple areas of business operations Opportunities to strengthen communication, organization, and relationship-management skills Opportunities for continued growth and increased responsibility #J-18808-Ljbffr Market Value Southwest
