Overview Unity Health and Rehabilitation Center, a 250-bed skilled nursing facility in Miami, FL, is seeking experienced and compassionate per diem Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents. We are committed to setting standards in rehabilitation and skilled nursing care, and we are looking for like-minded individuals who share our passion for delivering top-notch care. Responsibilities Attend to the individual needs of residents, including bathing, feeding, dressing, and ambulating Take and record patient vital signs, assist with lifting, moving, and transporting residents using proper body mechanics Recognize and report changes in resident conditions to a nurse, asking appropriate questions to clarify situations Communicate effectively and tactfully with residents, visitors, families, peers, and supervisors Report abnormal changes or patterns to nursing staff Assist the nurse with various duties as directed Qualifications At least one year of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant in a nursing home care setting is highly preferred Current state certification as a CNA Maintain satisfactory attendance and punctuality CPR certification required Ability to speak and write in English What We Offer Competitive hourly rate: $15.50 - $16.50/hour Per Diem – All shifts available How To Apply If you are a motivated and compassionate individual dedicated to delivering exceptional care, we encourage you to apply for this opportunity.
