Structural Welder (Flux-Core) - Full Time

???? Location: Cocoa, FL

???? Pay: $24.00 - $32.00/hour + $3.00 Shift Differential

???? Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:30 PM - 1:30 AM

We are currently seeking experienced Structural Welders to join our expanding fabrication shop in Cocoa, FL. Due to continued growth, our facility has recently doubled in size , adding new welding machines, upgraded metal fabrication equipment, and creating significant opportunities for internal advancement.

• Perform Flux-Core welding using 1/16" wire on carbon steel
• Weld large structural components according to specifications and quality standards
• Read and interpret basic welding prints and drawings
• Perform basic fit-up and material preparation when required
• Inspect completed welds for accuracy and quality
• Maintain a safe and productive work environment

Our team fabricates large structural steel components used in:

• High-rise building construction
• Aerospace and launch pad infrastructure
• Heavy support structures
• Large-scale commercial and industrial projects

• Previous Flux-Core welding experience required
• Experience welding carbon steel
• Ability to read basic weld prints and blueprints
• Basic fit-up experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced fabrication environment
• Strong attention to quality and safety

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cocoa, FL.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $32.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
