TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Cleveland, Ohio, 44124!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Med/Surg Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 12 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required. License: Must have a permanent Ohio license or compact license in hand. Certifications: BLS and ACLS required. Must-Have: One reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for required to qualify for submission. Description: This position offers a contract for 36 hours per week. Candidates will work three 12-hour night shifts from 7 pm to 7:30 am. All required certifications must be active at the time of submission. Previous charge experience is preferred. Experience in telemetry settings is essential. References must come from assignments worked in the past 12 months. Background checks will be performed, and any issues will be reviewed. Travelers are required to be nicotine-free, except for certain healthcare professionals. All travelers must complete necessary drug screenings and background checks before starting. Nurses must meet competency requirements throughout their contracts. Applicants will be expected to demonstrate ECG rhythm recognition during orientation. Candidates will receive two attempts to pass assessments during orientation. Further competencies may be required based on employment duration. Travelers may extend contracts by 18 months, subject to client approval. Mandatory compliance with annual education modules is required for continued employment. Modules and training may take additional time and are billable.
