Role Summary

Shift Leaders are responsible for creating Raving Fans. Their responsibilities include:

1. Execute operational excellence – Develop trust with guests through meeting the Quality requirements all day every day.
2. Deliver 2ndMile Service – Ensure guests feel cared for by going above and beyond expectations.
3. Activate Emotional Connections – Strengthen relationships with guests and the community.

Must obtain Food Handlers Certificate within the first 5 days of employment .

General Responsibilities

• Shift Leader responsibilities include:
  
  
  
  1. Opens and closes the restaurant
• 1. Count and verify drawers
• 1. Develops Team Leaders
• 1. Directs our shifts
• 1. Identify, analyze, and solve issues that arise in a fast-paced environment
• 1. Maximizes productivity in the restaurant – Makes sure that every area of the restaurant is running efficiently
•  

 

Requirements

• Available to work a minimum of 35 hours per week
• Understand the expectation of Chick-fil-A customer service standards and operational excellence.
