The Sales Consultant plays a crucial role in driving revenue by closing sales and providing exceptional customer support. As part of a sales team and reporting directly to the Sales Manager, this position requires inside sales efforts to meet client needs and achieve business goals. The role involves understanding product offerings deeply, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring a seamless sales process without any travel requirements.
Responsibilities
- Close sales and meet sales targets
- Provide ongoing customer support and address client inquiries
- Conduct timely follow-ups to maintain customer relationships
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comprehensive product knowledge
- Effective sales techniques and problem-solving abilities
