The Radiation Therapist - Oncology is responsible for administering radiation therapy treatments to cancer patients as prescribed by radiation oncologists.
This role requires precision, technical expertise, and a strong focus on patient safety and compassionate care in an oncology setting.


Must-Have Qualifications
• Minimum 1-2+ years of Radiation Therapist experience
• ARRT Certification in Radiation Therapy (Required)
• State License - Iowa (Required prior to start, if applicable)
• BLS Certification (AHA - Required)
• Degree in Radiation Therapy or related field
• Strong knowledge of radiation safety and oncology procedures

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in hospital or cancer center settings
• Familiarity with linear accelerators and treatment planning systems
• Strong patient care and communication skills


Work Environment
• Radiation Oncology Department
• Onsite role in Des Moines, IA
• Patient-focused oncology care setting
