What You Will Do

Design and implement secure, scalable infrastructure for AI workloads in a high-security environment.
Develop and manage training and inference clusters across bare metal, classified cloud, and hybrid cloud architectures.
Utilize Kubernetes and GPU hardware to optimize performance and reliability of applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system integrity and compliance with federal regulations.
Drive automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and observability of infrastructure systems.
Monitor and troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum performance.
Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for infrastructure management.

Ideal Candidate Background

Proven experience in infrastructure engineering or a related field, particularly in secure environments.
Strong expertise in Kubernetes and GPU hardware management.
Familiarity with bare metal, classified cloud, and hybrid cloud architectures.
Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable systems for AI workloads.
Solid understanding of federal compliance requirements and best practices in secure infrastructure.

Preferred

Experience with automation tools and frameworks to streamline infrastructure operations.
Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools to enhance system performance.
Background in working with government contracts or projects.
