Video Editor - Let's Wander (PH or LATAM Candidates)

We're looking for a talented and self-driven Video Editor who specializes in creating high-performing DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) and UGC-style eCommerce ads. This is a fully remote position with flexible working hours—you decide when and where you work. What matters most is delivering high-quality creative work consistently.

You'll collaborate closely with a dedicated Creative Strategist to produce, test, and refine ad creatives for fast-growing eCommerce brands.

Position Details

* **Work Setup:** Fully Remote (Work from Anywhere) 
* **Schedule:** Flexible (8 hours/day) 

**Responsibilities**

* Create 3–5 high-quality DTC/UGC-style eCommerce ads daily
* Edit engaging, scroll-stopping videos optimized for conversions
* Collaborate with a Creative Strategist on creative direction
* Revise and improve creatives based on feedback and performance insights
* Manage your workload independently while meeting deadlines
* Deliver original work (no recycled or copied content)

**Must Have**

* Proven experience editing DTC and/or UGC-style eCommerce ads
* Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, storytelling, and conversion-focused editing
* Ability to consistently produce high-quality work at volume
* Self-motivated, reliable, and open to feedback
* Stable internet connection and a computer capable of video editing
* Portfolio showcasing relevant work

**Nice to Have**

* Experience writing ad hooks, scripts, or creative concepts
* Experience working with a Creative Strategist or performance marketing team
* Understanding of eCommerce brands and paid social advertising

**Hiring Process**

1. Portfolio Evaluation
2. Paid Creative Test (Original work only) — $25 paid via WISE
3. Trial Period (if applicable) / One-Month Performance Evaluation full month pay
4. Full-Time Offer

**Important Notes**

* The creative test is mandatory.
* All submitted work must be 100% original.
* Depending on performance, candidates may either move directly to a full-time offer after the creative test, or complete a short trial period before final evaluation.
* Following the one-month evaluation, successful candidates will receive a full-time offer. Engagements that do not meet expectations will conclude at that stage.
