We are an established company with an impressive record of profitability and growth.Location - Owatonna, MN - Pay - $24.00/hr2nd Shift - Mon – Thurs | 3:15 pm – 1:45 am - Benefits - Summary:Responsible for assisting the shift supervisor in the efficient processing of customer orders.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Program and operate CNC machinesOperate stand-up forklift and overhead crane to move material in the warehouseProcess orders to customer specificationsDo packaging and general housekeepingMay receive/inspect and verify material countMaintain safe working conditions in the plant and staging areas to assure compliance with federal, state, and local lawsPosition Requirements:A high school education is required; technical training is preferred.A minimum of 2-5 years of relevant work experience.Must have basic computer skills.Must know how to use caliper, micrometer, square, protractor, and tape measure.Experience in Automatic and CNC machine set-up and operation, or the vocational equivalent of same highly preferredEQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYERFocus On DiversityWe believe cultivating an inclusive workplace where employee belonging and empowerment are foundational to everything we do.
