An outstanding, full-time opening has become available in the Boston, MA area for an individual with 5+ years’ experience as a Sheet Metal & HVAC Service Technician with a background in Commercial HVAC projects . This position would earn a generous base salary and a loaded benefits package including medical benefits, a 401K w/ matching, Short/Long Term Disability, Life insurance, PTO and other outstanding perks.

All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration

Sheet Metal Technician:

·        5+ Years of Experience in Commercial HVAC Sheet Metal Work is REQUIRED

·        Perform Layout, Measuring, Coordination, and Installation of Sheet Metal Systems and Equipment is PREFERRED

·         Journeyman’s Card is REQUIRED

·        Massachusetts Sheet Metal License is a BIG PLUS

·         OSHA 10 Certification is REQUIRED  

• Salary range is $30-40 per hour

HVAC Service Technician:

·        5+ Years of Experience in Commercial HVAC Service and Installation is REQUIRED

·        Service, Troubleshoot, and Install Systems including RTUs, Chillers, Heat Pumps, VRF Systems, Cooling Towers, and Building Control Systems (BAS/BMS) is PREFERRRED

·        Massachusetts HVAC License is PREFERRED  

·         EPA Certification is REQUIRED

·         OSHA Certification or Refrigeration License is PREFERRED

• Salary range is $25-60 per hour
