GYN Sales Specialist - SE Michigan

Medtronic seeks a GYN Sales Specialist for Southeast Michigan to drive clinical excellence and above-market growth in gynecological procedures. The role involves developing strategic account plans, building customer relationships, and accelerating procedural adoption across the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans focused on GYN disease states and market growth
• Build clinical expertise with TruClear portfolio and accelerate procedural adoption through expanded indications
• Establish and strengthen partnerships with key clinical and administrative stakeholders
• Lead market development programs, therapy awareness initiatives, and training to drive procedural adoption
• Achieve disposable and capital sales quotas while managing forecasting and pipeline opportunities

Requirements

• High school diploma plus 6+ years relevant sales or clinical experience in medical devices or healthcare
• OR Associate's degree plus 4+ years relevant sales or clinical experience
• OR Bachelor's degree plus 2+ years relevant sales or clinical experience
• Reside or relocate within 50 miles of Southeast Michigan; valid driver's license required
• Proven track record in medical device or healthcare sales
• Strong understanding of clinical environments and ability to communicate complex product information
• Proficiency with CRM tools, forecasting software, and Microsoft Office Suite
