Schedule

Nights, from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with every other weekend and holiday required.

Job Description

The NICU Registered Nurse will provide direct nursing care for Level III patients in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Responsibilities include care from admission through discharge while supporting the families of patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for NICU Level III patients.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to formulate and implement care plans.
• Educate and support families throughout the care process.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
• Participate in required floating to other units as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• A minimum of 1-2 years of recent NICU Level III experience is required.
• Current BLS, PALS, NRP, and STABLE certifications are required.
• Proof of completion of a basic arrhythmia course is required.
