HR Generalist: Onboarding, Payroll & Compliance

Weaver Popcorn is hiring an HR Generalist in Carmel, IN. You will handle recruiting coordination, benefits administration, onboarding/offboarding, payroll coordination, and HRIS updates, partnering with the Head of HR on strategic needs.
You’ll manage compliance tasks, maintain confidential files, and support a fast-paced HR team across multiple Weaver entities. A strong, detail-oriented operator mindset is essential.
