Position Overview Autoplex is seeking an experienced Automotive Accessory Technician to join our growing team. This position focuses on aftermarket truck and SUV accessories, suspension upgrades, and off-road installations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with: Lift and leveling kits Suspension systems Alignments Wheels and tires Tire mounting and balancing Topper and tonneau cover installs 12-volt wiring and accessory installs Hitches, bumpers, steps/nerf bars, and fender flares General aftermarket accessory installation We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, works efficiently, is dependable, and wants to continue growing their skill set within the aftermarket industry. Compensation & Schedule Our technicians are highly compensated through a flag-rate pay structure similar to automotive mechanic book time. The more skilled and efficient you become, the more you can earn. Our compensation is among the highest in the aftermarket industry.
