Location: Atlanta GA, 30308 (Hybrid)

Pay Range: $50 to $65 per hour on W2 (All inclusive)

Duration: 12 months contact (Possible extension or Conversion)

You inherit a team that has missed the last 3 commitments and releases are multi-day efforts with late defects, last-minute dependencies, unclear readiness.

Job Description

• 10+ Years The IT Project Manager will work to make sure our IT practices stay aligned with business needs.
• Responsibilities will include lead the cross-functional delivery of a range of technology deliverables using advanced negotiation facilitation planning and dependency management techniques.
• Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, milestones, deliverables, detailed tasks, and resource requirements from concept creation through implementation.
• Lead sprint planning and stand-up meetings to facilitate the entire project lifecycle from start to finish.
• Collaborate with technical and product teams to break complex multi-disciplinary technology projects into prioritized and properly scoped plans of action.
• Create clear visibility into status and progress within the team and for stakeholders. Identify and manage cross-team dependencies and risks.
• Define and drive mitigation plans. Bachelor's Degree and relevant IT project management experience.
• Strong analytical and project management skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize, track, and deliver results.
• Proven experience in a hybrid role spanning Program/Delivery Management + Scrum Master + Release Management in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
• Strong command of Agile delivery patterns (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and the ability to adapt the framework to the work rather than forcing process.
• Demonstrated strength in dependency management, stakeholder influence, and executive-ready communication.
• Experience coordinating releases across multiple teams and environments; familiarity with CI/CD concepts and operational readiness (even if not hands-on).
• Comfort with ambiguity, strong judgment on tradeoffs, and ability to drive decisions with incomplete information.
