Legal Assistant – Plaintiff Law Firm (Dadeland Area) A busy and well-established plaintiff law firm in the Dadeland area is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant with 3–5 years of experience to join our team. Responsibilities Manage case files from intake through resolution. Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and other case-related correspondence. Schedule hearings, depositions, mediations, and other appointments. Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and gathering necessary information. Request, organize, review, and summarize medical records and medical bills. Assist attorneys with case preparation and ongoing case management. Maintain accurate records and ensure all deadlines are met. Qualifications 3–5 years of legal assistant experience, preferably in plaintiff personal injury litigation. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency with Florida E‑Filing procedures. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience handling medical records and billing documentation preferred. Compensation & Benefits Salary: $50,000 – $65,000 , based on experience. Annual bonus opportunity.
