Job Description:At Main Event, our Bowl Attendants set the stage for our Guests by providing a warm welcome and serving as their information source for all activities and specials! As a Bowl Attendant, you are helpful, knowledgeable, and have high energy, so you can guide our Guests through the activities we offer to ensure their experience is FUN and memorable. You’re an expert in ensuring the bowling experience is exceptional and using the various systems to perform your job successfully! You’re also dedicated to delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation.WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING DAILY?Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!)Welcome and engage with all guests while being a FUN ambassador!Promoting and recommending activities based on a Guest’s needs and activity availabilityTroubleshooting and handling lane malfunction callsIssuing and cleaning bowling shoes; maintaining shoe organizationEscorting Guests to their lane and assisting them with their lane setup and ball selectionEnsuring Guests adhere to all bowling safety standards (gotta play safe!)Processing payment transactions and welcoming our Guests backMaintaining a clean and organized Bowl Desk and lanes; completing side dutiesPOSITION REQUIREMENTSPrior food and beverage or retail experience a plus but not requiredGuest-focused mindset (We heart our Guests!)Teamwork is a must (Teamwork makes the dream work!)Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skillsAbility to learn and utilize multiple systems that support the businessCan effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and GuestsAvailability to workdays, nights, and/or weekendsPERKS!Main Event Team Members are expected to give their best on the job, so we do our part in making sure we give you what you need to stay motivated, valued, and embrace living your best life!Awesome culture that’s inclusive, rewarding, and FUN!50% off food, beverages, activities, and unlimited gameplay!Tuition Reimbursement Program (yes, please!)We help others grow!
