About Us
Martindale Pinnacle Construction (MPC) is a trusted roofing, siding, and exterior restoration contractor dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and high-quality craftsmanship. We specialize in storm damage restoration and insurance claim assistance while helping homeowners restore and protect their homes.
Position Summary
MPC is seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in storm restoration , excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to generate sales while coaching others to achieve company goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and mentor the sales team.
- Recruit and onboard new sales representatives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, and community outreach.
- Meet with homeowners to inspect roofs, siding, gutters, and storm-related damage.
- Assist customers through the insurance claims and restoration process.
- Prepare and present estimates and proposals.
- Monitor sales performance and provide coaching to improve results.
- Ensure exceptional customer service from initial contact through project completion.
- Collaborate with production and office staff to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity within the company CRM.
- Keeping up with weekly quotas
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of storm restoration sales experience (required).
- Previous sales management or leadership experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of roofing, siding, gutters, and insurance restoration.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to lead by example.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to climb ladders and inspect residential roofs safely.
- Proficiency with estimating software and CRM systems is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary of $40,000–$70,000 annually , depending on experience.
