Essential Qualifications:

• Valid ARRT registration in Radiography required
• Successful completion of an accredited radiologic technology program
• Minimum of one year recent IR Tech experience in a hospital or clinical environment
• Active, unrestricted state license (or eligibility)
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform interventional radiology imaging procedures using established protocols with attention to patient care and safety
• Assist physicians during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
• Prepare and maintain equipment, ensuring all supplies are available and functioning properly
• Accurately document patient information and procedural details in electronic medical records
• Uphold strict radiation safety standards for oneself and patients
• Collaborate effectively with nurses, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals
