Location: Atlanta, Austin, Baltimore, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Los Angeles, Miami, Minneapolis, New York, Palo Alto, Philadelphia, Phoenix, Raleigh, San Diego, San Francisco, Seattle, Short Hills, Washington, Wilmington Position Type: Of Counsel Minimum JD Year: 2015 Salary Range: $475,000 - $525,000 per year About the Role Direct Counsel is seeking an experienced Structured Finance Of Counsel to join the Finance Group’s Structured Finance Subgroup at a highly regarded national law firm. This position offers the opportunity to work on complex structured finance, securitization, and CLO matters within a collaborative and high-performing team. Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 9 years of structured finance, securitization, and/or CLO experience. Prior experience at an Am Law 100 firm is strongly preferred. JD from an accredited law school. Bar admission in the jurisdiction of application. Key Responsibilities Advise clients on structured finance transactions, including securitization and CLOs. Draft and negotiate transaction documents. Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop innovative solutions. Maintain knowledge of evolving regulatory requirements and industry trends. Skills & Competencies Strong analytical and writing skills. Excellent business judgment and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
