B2B Sales Representative

Ivy Experiential is seeking a driven and results-oriented B2B Sales Representative to focus on acquiring new business clients. The B2B Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and developing relationships with businesses, understanding their marketing and sales needs, and presenting tailored experiential solutions that address their objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of the B2B sales process, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build trust with business clients. Responsibilities: Proactively identify and prospect new B2B clients through research, networking, and targeted outreach. Develop a deep understanding of potential clients' businesses, industries, and marketing/sales goals. Conduct engaging presentations and proposals to business stakeholders, clearly articulating the value proposition of Ivy Experiential's B2B solutions. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations. Collaborate closely with internal strategy and creative teams to develop customized experiential campaigns that meet specific B2B client needs. Manage the B2B sales pipeline, track progress, and provide accurate sales forecasts. Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements with business clients. Attend industry-specific events and conferences to network with potential B2B clients. Stay informed about B2B marketing trends and competitive offerings. Maintain detailed records of all B2B sales activities and client interactions in CRM. Preferred Qualifications: Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the marketing, advertising, events, or related industries. Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle and relationship management. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to understand business needs and develop tailored solutions. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Strong networking and relationship-building abilities. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
