The Goddard School of Arnold is hiring Early Childhood Teachers! We are looking for caring, dependable, and enthusiastic educators to join our team as Preschool Teachers, Toddler Teachers, Pre-K Teachers, and Early Childhood Teachers.

Full-time and part-time positions are available, with a $500 signing bonus for eligible new hires.

What You'll Do:

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment for young children.
• Build positive, trusting relationships with children and their families.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate, hands-on learning experiences.
• Use our research-based curriculum to support children's cognitive, social-emotional, physical, and language development.
• Observe children's interests and development and use those observations to guide learning experiences.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom.
• Communicate regularly and professionally with families and fellow teachers.
• Work collaboratively with your teaching team and school leadership.
• Participate in professional development, staff meetings, and ongoing training.
