Blue Stone Therapy is expanding our presence in the Omaha area with a new skilled nursing partnership, and we're looking for a Rehab Director to help lead the therapy team. This is a hands-on clinical leadership role for a PT, OT, SLP, PTA, or COTA who enjoys patient care and is ready to take on additional responsibility supporting the day-to-day success of a therapy program. Help build and lead a new skilled nursing therapy program from the beginning Remain actively involved in patient care while growing your leadership experience Join Blue Stone Therapy’s established and growing Omaha-area team Work closely with therapy staff and facility leadership Receive support from experienced regional and clinical leaders Opportunities for professional growth and leadership development Competitive benefits for eligible employees What You'll Do Provide direct patient care while supporting the day-to-day operations of the therapy department Serve as an onsite resource and point of contact for therapy staff and facility leadership Support therapy scheduling, caseload management, productivity, and staffing needs Help create a positive, collaborative team environment focused on quality patient care Build and maintain strong working relationships with facility leadership and interdisciplinary care teams Support clinical quality, documentation, regulatory compliance, and therapy program expectations Identify day-to-day operational needs and partner with regional leadership for support and solutions Help onboarding, support, and develop therapy team members Contribute to the growth and success of the new therapy program while maintaining an active clinical caseload Requirements Minimum Qualifications Graduate of an accredited program in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Pathology, Physical Therapy Assistant, or Occupational Therapy Assistant Current therapy license (PT, OT, SLP, PTA, or COTA) or eligibility for licensure in Nebraska Minimum of one (1) year of clinical experience in a therapy services role What Will Help You Succeed Enjoy leading, mentoring, and supporting others Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to build positive relationships with facility leadership and interdisciplinary team members Commitment to delivering exceptional patient-centered care Ability to balance clinical responsibilities with day-to-day department leadership About Blue Stone Therapy Since 2009, Blue Stone Therapy has partnered with skilled nursing and senior living communities throughout the Midwest to deliver high-quality physical, occupational, and speech therapy services.
