About the Role

The CPO will be expected to own and evolve the product strategy, translate market trends and user insights into actionable initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and launch scalable products. A key aspect of the role is to drive feedback loops that enhance activation, retention, and product-led growth, while also ensuring that the product serves both crypto-native and mainstream audiences. Candidates for the CPO position at the company should have a proven track record in leading product in a high-growth startup, with experience in either Web3 or Web2, and a preference for B2C or B2B2C. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the relationship between product and distribution, be adept at navigating ambiguity, and have a strong focus on both UX and product marketing. Experience in working with cross-disciplinary teams and a background in products related to creators, identity, community tooling, or wallets is a bonus. The role requires a product leader who is passionate about the intersection of product and marketing, and who is excited about the prospect of helping communities own and shape their digital identities.
