About the Role
We're looking for someone who:

• Enjoys collaborating with Lead and Assistant Teachers
• Can provide flexible, reliable classroom support
• Supervises children indoors and outdoors, ensuring their safety and well-being
• Offers personalized attention and fosters an inclusive classroom environment
• Communicates openly with parents about children's progress and achievements
• Is excited to grow and advance within a supportive team

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma required
• Genuine empathy and compassion for young children
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working collaboratively with staff, children, and families
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children
