B2B Outbound Sales Rep

Location: Charlotte, NC (100% In-Office)

Opportunity

We are hiring two driven Outbound Sales Reps for a premier enterprise supply chain & technical services provider in Charlotte. They specialize in multi-million-dollar managed technical services, automated hardware testing, and device refurbishment for enterprise telecom, fiber, and POS companies.

This is a high-activity hunter role with uncapped earnings—offering upfront payouts per qualified meeting and 5-quarter residual commissions on closed deals.

What You’ll Do

• Drive Pipeline: Prospect net-new enterprise accounts through high-volume phone outreach.

• Qualify Leads: Engage enterprise decision-makers in cable, fiber, and POS verticals.

• Generate Meetings: Schedule discovery calls for the BD team.

• Full Sales Cycle: Run discovery, demos, site visits, and close enterprise service deals.

• CRM: Manage activity in Salesforce/HubSpot & ZoomInfo.

Requirements

• 1–4+ yrs B2B outbound sales/inside sales exp (telecom, fiber, POS preferred).

• Proven success in high-volume cold calling & long sales cycles (6–18 mos).

• Solid phone presence & technical communication skills.

• Must live within commuting distance of South Charlotte, NC.
