Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license (CCC required)
• Recent experience in a school-based or pediatric setting
• Familiarity with individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, skilled at collaborating with staff and families
• Commitment to fostering student growth and inclusion

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Provide assessments, evaluations, and direct therapy to students with diverse speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s goals
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
• Travel between two nearby schools in the Shallotte area, primarily serving Pre-K in two openings and a broader school population in two other openings

This contract position offers a highly competitive pay rate of $78-80 per hour, reflective of your specialized expertise and dedication.
