Location: Ridgewood Rehabilitation & Living Center, NC
Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 (Paid within your first year)

Position Overview

As an LPN or RN, you will play a key role in delivering direct nursing care and supporting clinical operations while ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents.

Schedule Options

Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available
Day and Evening shifts available
Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans
Administer medications, perform treatments, and complete documentation
Monitor resident conditions and report changes to physicians and leadership
Supervise and support Nursing Assistants in daily care activities
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality care and outcomes

Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Active, unencumbered North Carolina LPN or RN license
