RN Manager PositionAs an RN Manager at Edgewood, you'll be in charge of supervising a team that provides our residents with exceptional care.Benefits:$5,000 sign-on bonus$70,000 - $75,000/yearPaid time off begins accruing day 1Health, vision, dental, & HSA plans401K plan with employer contributionNo scheduled weekendsClinical call support from Legacy IHP SolutionsResponsibilities:Act as supporting manager and provide training to a team of clinical staffProvide clinical oversight of resident care plansEnsure that the delivery of care meets expectationsAssess current and prospective residentsAssist in the hiring of clinical care staffFollow HIPAA and all other Edgewood policiesQualifications:Current state Registered Nurse (RN) licensePrevious experience supervising staffGeriatrics, dementia, and/or assisted living experience, desiredPassion and drive for helping othersA desire to continue learning and improving your skillsetEdgewood offers of employment are contingent upon passing a background check and drug screen.About Edgewood: Edgewood Healthcare has been providing outstanding care and services for seniors since 1992.
