Required Skills & Experience
High School Diploma or GED required.Prior manufacturing experience.
Basic math, reading, and writing skills are essential.
Ability to read and interpret product drawings accurately.
Ability to handle small parts and operate magnifying lenses and microscopes effectively. Nice to Have Skills & Experience Prior experience working with Magnifying lenses, tweezers, microscopes, drop indicators, and verniers. Job Description A client of Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Assembler to join our manufacturing team, specializing in the assembly of glass-to-metal seals. The ideal candidate will support production operations by performing precise assembly tasks, ensuring product quality, and maintaining safety and efficiency standards throughout the process. Position Responsibilities:
• Assemble various component parts to produce high-quality Glass-to-Metal Seals, ensuring product integrity throughout the process. .
• Verify paperwork, materials, and picking tickets for accuracy prior to beginning assembly.
• Load and unload ovens safely and efficiently as part of the production cycle.
• Stay informed and maintain general knowledge of ongoing production issues and updates.
• Carry out other duties as assigned to support team and operational needs.
